Small Groups
The key element of Navigator's is the small group. Each student is part of a caring group of 3-8 students with whom they will build relationships with all year. Each group has 1 or 2 Adult Volunteers to the lead small groups, allowing for in-depth discussions as well as given more personal attention. The adult guides will be with the group Wednesday evenings for either a Learning Event or a Service Event.

Small Groups start of by sharing high and lows of the week before moving into a Bible Study.
