• Directions ~ Prepare a road map from St. Barnabas Lutheran Church to the Bayou La Batre Mission site. Highlight rest stops along the way. Copy maps for each van (2-3 total).
  
• Pictures ~ Take individual pictures of all Mission Trip participants (Close-ups). Develop the film into 4x6 pictures. Create matting around each picture. The students and adults of the Mission Trip will be posted on a very large poster for the congregation to see.
  
• Calling Chain ~ Create a calling tree for the Mission Trip. Calling tree should include each family and the church.
  
• Prayer Partners ~ To get congregational members to sign-up as prayer partners for participants through Crosswinds, Welcome Center sign-ups and other relationships. Assign congregational members to individuals.
  
• Auction & Dinner ~ Click here for registration.
  
• Car Wash Coordinator ~ To promote, recruit and run the car wash. Students recruited will earn money for their individuals mission account.
  
• Aluminum Can Recycle ~ To promote, recruit and deliver trailer to recycling center.
  
• Food Coordinator ~ To recruit and prepare food for the mission participants on their training events.
