How can you, as a woman of faith, make a difference in the world - in your own home, your community, the church and the world? Connect with other women through Bible study, prayer, conversation, fellowship, retreats, and service opportunities, as we explore what it means to live out our faith in daily life. And be sure to invite a friend - we welcome non-members to join us at any time.

JustWomen Bible Studies
There is still time to get in on the study of Rob Bell's Love Wins: A Book about Heaven, Hell, and the Fate of Every Person Who Ever Lived. So far we've been challenged to reflect on our views of heaven and hell. Even if you've missed the beginning of the study, you can still jump in as we look at BIG questions about how God works in the world. Just pick up a copy of the book and join in the conversation. Click here to check out the full schedule.

So, invite a friend and plan to join us either on Thursday mornings or Tuesday evenings.

  • Tuesday Evenings Meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 7:00-8:30 pm.

  • Thursday Mornings This group meets every week from 9:30-11:00 am in the Fireside Room. Free child care is available for infants and preschool age children.
Winter Retreat - Planning Has Begun for 2013!

We just completed our annual retreat on the theme: Sabbath - Rest, Renew, Reconnect at beautiful Heartwood Conference and Retreat Center in the woods of northeastern Wisconsin. But, we're already looking ahead to next year. If you'd like to be part of the planning team, or have ideas, please contact Pastor Jacqui. Otherwise, keep checking back to see dates and location for next year's retreat!

Women's BWCA Trip:
Pastor Jacqui is planning a trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in summer 2012. This trip is limited to 8 people as the maximum group allowed in the BWCA is nine. If you are interested in helping to plan this trip, contact Pastor Jacqui.

JustGifts Market
This is our annual alternative Christmas market - usually the first weekend in December. The market offers the opportunity to give a gift of love by supporting a variety of projects and ministries around the world. There are also fair-trade, handmade items available for purchase. If you are interested in learning more or serving on the team that makes it happen, please contact Lois Troemel at bobloist@comcast.net.
