Good Shepherd School
Here are some import dates for Good Shepherd School (GSS):
  • February 16, 2008 - No GSS (President's Day Weekend)
  • March 22, 2008 - Annual Easter Egg Hunt for all kids ages 2 and up through 2nd grade (at regular GSS time)
  • March 29, 2008 - No GSS (Spring Break)
  • April 5, 2008 - No GSS (Spring Break)
  • TBA (sometime in May) - GSS Family Year End Breakfast- this is for all GSS kids and their families. We will meet for the last time this school year, have breakfast, hear a special story and thank our leaders.
Lighthouse Confirmation
Here are some import dates for Lighthouse Confirmation:
  • March 26, 2008 - No Lighthouse (Spring Break)
  • April 2, 2008 - No Lighthouse (Spring Break)
  • May 7, 2008 - Last Lighthouse this school year
Adopt-A-Soldier
Our Adopt-A-Soldier service project will continue until our soldiers return from their deployment. All members of our congregation are welcome to donate either items for the boxes, or money toward the shipping costs. We also would love to include letters or cards of thanks and encouragement to our soldiers from members of the congregation! They can be given to Rose or Dennis and will be included in our next shipment.

In addition we ask the congregation to join us in praying for their safety and well being. Notes and letters we have received from the soldiers can be read on the bulletin board in the Ministry Center.
